Chatham is a short run from where we bake, and it is the easiest town in Medway to reach on public transport if you are collecting without a car. Pick up on the Saturday between 8am and midday.

All Chatham postcodes are covered and all of them sit inside our free radius, so delivery is free over twenty five pounds. We ring before we arrive rather than leaving bread on a doorstep.

Real sourdough and celebration cakes, made to order for the Saturday you choose. Order by Thursday at 5pm the week before.

- Is there another sourdough bakery in Chatham?
- There is, and they run a proper shop with a counter and coffee, which is a different thing from what we do. We bake to order for a named day, so nothing we make has been sitting out. If you want to walk in and buy a coffee and a pastry, go to a shop. If you want a loaf fermented for days and baked for you on a day you chose, order from us.
- Do you deliver to Chatham Maritime and Dockside?
- Yes, both are inside the delivery area. Add your flat number in the notes at checkout so we are not standing outside a block of two hundred flats guessing.
- How late can I order for this Saturday?
- Thursday. The dough goes on before the weekend, so anything ordered on a Friday goes into the following week's bake. If waiting is not an option, the checkout also lists the earlier days of that next week we can manage, which is usually the Sunday onwards. It tells you exactly which day you are ordering for before you pay.
