Rochester sits at the heart of what we cover, so collection is straightforward. You order by the Thursday and pick up on the Saturday between 8am and midday. We send the exact address with your confirmation email.

- Not as a shop, no, and it is worth being straight about why. There is no counter to walk into and nothing sitting out waiting for you. Collection and delivery are a named morning, and for almost everybody that morning is the Saturday. If you genuinely need an order earlier in the week, the checkout lists the earlier days we can still manage on the same notice, and you pick one there.
- Can you do a larger order for a Rochester festival weekend?
- Yes, and we would rather know early. Festival weekends get busy, so use the catering form rather than the normal basket and we will build a menu and a price around your event.
